Lord Mayor at Past Wardens DinnerLord Mayor at Past Wardens Dinner. Alderman Alan Yarrow, the Lord Mayor of London was guest of Honour at the Clothworkers Hall in the City of London for the Cordwainers Past Wardens Dinner.

Alderman Yarrow is the current Lord Mayor of London taking office on 7 November 2014.  He succeded Fiona Woolf to become 687th Lord Mayor of the City of London. He also served as Sheriff of the City of London in 2011-12, which is a prerequisite to stand for election as Lord Mayor.

Alderman Yarrow’s mission is to act as the global ambassador for the City of London during his one-year term as Lord Mayor.
