Hello, my name is Mark and and I love photography!
I am a freelance event, commercial and portrait photographer with a passion for creativity, exceptional customer service and dynamic photography.
I create world class images for private individuals, PR and marketing agencies, organisations, brands and corporations. I specialise in crafting high quality photographs that tell stories and make people happy, whether its for your business or commercial needs, your events, wedding or for your personal pleasure.
My love of people inspires my photography and that’s why I devote all my energy and time to it… it makes me happy. One of my greatest abilities is to mix with every type, age and class of person enabling nervous subjects to relax in front of the camera. I love what I do, I bring a relaxed but highly professional approach to every photographic assignment.
I am married to the lovely Tina and often shoot with her and my son Austin. Together we are Mark Witter Photography.

Our Service
Fully edited images are usually delivered within *24-48 hours via password protected online galleries that can be shared with clients, colleagues or friends. For events “Rush Images” for public relations, press release or social media purposes can often be made the same day. *Commercial and wedding photography delivery times will vary. We have a mobile photo studio for on-location studio style assignments and a photo-booth and photo party station for events. We provide the highest quality professional prints, photobooks, albums, mementos and a bespoke picture framing service.
About Mark…. here is where you find out a little bit more about me
I’m a business man who is a passionate photographer and a photographer who is a passionate about business. Although I’ve loved photography my whole life, and have studied and trained in the art and technicalities of photography my career began in business, not with a camera.
I earned an MBA (Masters Degree in Business Administration) at UEA and had a successful career as a Sales & Marketing Director, Managing Director and CEO of software, manufacturing, fashion, footwear and bridal wear companies before following my passion to become a full time professional photographer. Because of my business background I understand the needs of business and the importance of great imagery to promote your brand, products and services.
For many years I was joint owner and Managing Director of one of the countries leading bridal wear and evening wear manufacturing companies. The creativity, eye for detail and need for amazing imagery this role demanded re-ignited my passion for photography which had always been present my whole life, especially when I saw first hand how visual content often fell short of commercial or business needs, and so my career in photography began.
I am married to the lovely Tina, have three amazing children and live in the wonderful county of Suffolk, just a few miles from the coast.
I couldn’t live without my family and friends, good food and traveling. I have been lucky enough to circumnavigate the globe for business and for pleasure whilst having many adventures. The biggest of which was trekking through the Himalayas to Mt Everest Base Camp at a height of 5,380mts (17,600 ft) on the south side of Mt Everest in Nepal, flying into Lukla at 2,600mts, (8,530 ft) (the highest and most dangerous commercial airport in the world) from Kathmandu, passing through the Sherpa capital of Namche Bazaar and Buddhist monasteries on the amazing trek to Mt Everest with Tina and Austin.
Apart from my family and home, photography is my true passion, but when I’m not working some of my favourite things in the world are cheese, red wine and a good hot curry. I also love to climb the world’s mountains, sail the oceans as a yachtsman and surf from golden beaches…(well bodyboard at least!)
My creativity is my craft. My tool is the camera and my craft is judged by the pleasure and memories it brings to you or the impact it brings your bottom line.
