This website offers payment via PayPal as our payment process provider. You may pay via your PayPal account or your chosen credit or debit card through the PayPal payment gateway. Any financial information provided in the course of a PayPal transaction is confined to the PayPal online payment service. Mark Witter Photography does not have access to this information.

Place of processing and security

The information which you provide will be held securely and confidentially and is held on and processed by computers situated in the United Kingdom. All reasonable precautions are taken to prevent unauthorised access to this information. This safeguard may require you to provide additional forms of identity should you wish to obtain information or request access to any of your personal data we may hold. Should you wish to make such a request under the legislation, please do so by email or in writing, contact details are posted on the website. Please note that we may charge a non-refundable £10 or $15 administration fee for information requests which is payable in advance. This does not affect your right to opt-out, unsubscribe or be removed from our distribution lists free of charge.

We use Tin Eye, a reverse search engine to track the online use of our images. Tin Eye finds out where an image came from, how it’s being used and if a modified version or higher resolution version of the images exists.

Use of Images on Social Media or links to Social Media.

Limited permission may be granted to share and post certain images on social media sites. In every case, permission to share will be given in writing on/ next to the particular page, blog post or image in question. If you do not see the written permission, you must not share the image or copyright material.
